Policies

As a member of our CSA, we ask that you:

- Read our annual CSA Handbook before picking up your first box. We release the new CSA Handbook in early May.  Returning members, please read the Handbook each year so you are aware of any changes.
- Pick up your produce during the scheduled hours for your site.  Unclaimed produce will be given away.
- Leave your empty box at the site.  They cannot be taken home.  Please learn how to properly flatten the box so we can re-use it many times.
- Be respectful of pick-up sites located in members' homes.
- If you wish to reschedule a delivery, log into your account and enter your holds.  Deadline is Sunday midnight before delivery.
- Read our weekly newsletter and emails so we can communicate with you!

Refunds

Please consider your CSA share a commitment.  We offer refunds in emergency situations, eg ongoing health issues.  Contact us directly, so we can help you on a case-by-case basis.

Your privacy

The information we collect from you is used only for communicating with you, and for delivering your produce.  We will not share your information with outside parties.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. 

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. 

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: 

- To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
- To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
- To process transactions; Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
- To send periodic emails.  The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to process customer requested re-occurring transactions. This information will be held by Authorize.net. They have their own privacy policy which can be located at Authorize.net Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. 

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

By using our site, you consent to our online privacy policy.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
